We at Nostos Safari strive to provide the best possible experience to our customers who participate in our Safaris. However, we understand that there may be circumstances where a customer needs to cancel their reservation or request a refund.

Therefore, we have established the following policy:

Cancellation Policy:

Customers who wish to cancel their reservation for the Safari Quad activity must do so at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled start time. This allows us to make the necessary adjustments to our schedule and make the slot available for other customers.

Customers who cancel their reservation before 2:00 pm on the day prior to the scheduled departure will incur a 50% cancellation fee. However, customers who cancel their reservation after that time will not receive a refund.

Refund Policy:

In the event that we cancel the Safari Quad activity due to unforeseen circumstances, such as inclement weather or mechanical issues, we will offer customers the option of rescheduling their reservation for another available time or receiving a full refund.

If a customer cancels their reservation in accordance with our cancellation policy, we will process a full refund within 7 business days. Refunds will be issued to the same payment method used to make the original reservation.

Customers who do not bring their driving license to the starting point, with no photo copies accepted, will not be eligible for a refund.

No-show Policy:

Customers who fail to show up for their scheduled Safari without notifying us beforehand will not be eligible for a refund.

Late Arrival Policy:

We ask that customers arrive at the meeting point at least 30 minutes prior to the scheduled start time. If a customer arrives late and misses the activity, they will not be eligible for a refund.
